  When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 50%, which can be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, it will not be refunded. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining which, once paid, is non-refundable.

  If Avenida Tourist Homes SL for some reason can not fulfil the rental agreement with the client and can not rent the agreed apartment, the client has according to the Spanish Consumer Law right to either accept another similar apartment or totally cancel and receive the prepayment by return (together with a compensation, same amount as the prepayment) no matter how many days before arrival.

  • The client has to pay the total price of the reservation if cancelled at any time.
  • The client has to pay in advance the total of the reservation at any time.
  • We accept advanced payment with: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer
