Nice apartment for up to 4 people located in Les Corts / Eixample. 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, 2 bathrooms, spacious living / dining room, kitchen, WIFI internet, TV.
The apartment has a living room with television, stereo, WIFI internet. Below we find 3 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed and 2 with a 140 single bed. In the photos they appear as a study / office and a sofa bed, but at the request of the tenants, 140x200 cm beds can be located without problem. One bathroom is with a shower and the other with a large bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle). There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is on the first floor and there are two elevators in the building.
The building has a very nice common area in the inner block, with a garden, a sunbathing area, a large swimming pool and a children's pool and a small space to play basketball.

Cancellations
Conditions Monthly Rental
When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 30%, which can be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 60 days before arrival. Otherwise, it will not be refunded. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining which, once paid, is non-refundable.
When arriving to the apartment the first monthly rent has to be paid. Once paid it can not be refunded.
If Avenida Tourist Homes SL for some reason can not fulfil the rental agreement with the client and can not rent the agreed apartment, the client has according to the Spanish Consumer Law right to either accept another similar apartment or totally cancel and receive the prepayment by return (together with a compensation, same amount as the prepayment) no matter how many days before arrival.
