About this apartment

This is a monthly rent apartment. Minimum stay 32 days. Reservation on request.

This fantastic apartment is located in Barceloneta, very close to the sea and at the same time very close to the center of Barcelona and Ciutat Vella. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and perfectly equipped. It is rented only for long stays minimum 32 days It has a large living room with a corner sofa, TV, dining table, WIFI and air conditioning.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and there is a bathroom with a shower. Included in the rent: water, sheets and towels, internet. NOT included in the rent: electricity. Consumption will be paid at the end of the stay.

Barceloneta is known as the old fishermen's quarter, and that's why here you will find the best fish restaurants in the city. 100 meters from the apartment you find the sea. Then 200 meters away is the Nautical Club with gymnastics and swimming pools. It is also Barceloneta well known for its sandy beach, it is always full of people and it is highly appreciated by surfers and sports people. Here you can rest from the stress of the city and cool off a bit from the heat.

The characteristic of Barceloneta are the narrow streets of semi-detached houses where there are clothes hanging on the balconies. At the end of the main road on Paseo Joan de Borbon you will see a tower - with a panoramic restaurant on the top floor - where you can take the cable car through the Montjuic mountain pass. You will be a 15 minute walk from the Gothic Quarter and its many attractions. It is also a picturesque and quiet walk from Las Ramblas along the water's edge to the famous Columbus statue. You are also close to the impressive Museum of the History of Catalonia, where you can see impressive views of the city and the sea from its terrace.

In the area there are luxury fish and paella restaurants below that has one of the best locations in the city. If you want to visit stores you will find the modern Maremagnum shopping center, where there is everything, shops, bars, restaurants and even an aquarium that is one of the largest in Europe. This apartment cannot be rented on a daily basis and it is absolutely prohibited to subrent the flat. The people who make the booking and sign the monthly contract are the only people authorized to live in the apartment (except an occasional visit).

Cancellations
Conditions Monthly Rental
When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 30%, which can be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 60 days before arrival. Otherwise, it will not be refunded. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining which, once paid, is non-refundable.

When arriving to the apartment the first monthly rent has to be paid. Once paid it can not be refunded.

If Avenida Tourist Homes SL for some reason can not fulfil the rental agreement with the client and can not rent the agreed apartment, the client has according to the Spanish Consumer Law right to either accept another similar apartment or totally cancel and receive the prepayment by return (together with a compensation, same amount as the prepayment) no matter how many days before arrival.
