  When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 50%, which can be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, it will not be refunded. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining which, once paid, is non-refundable.

  If Avenida Tourist Homes SL for some reason can not fulfil the rental agreement with the client and can not rent the agreed apartment, the client has according to the Spanish Consumer Law right to either accept another similar apartment or totally cancel and receive the prepayment by return (together with a compensation, same amount as the prepayment) no matter how many days before arrival.

  This is one of 2 large apartments in the same building that stand out for their original decoration. Each apartment is dedicated to a famous painting by Joan Miró and the living room walls are adorned with multicolored paintings. Another aspect to highlight is the large terrace on the roof that is shared with the other guests. From here you can enjoy stunning views of the rooftops and domes of the Gothic Quarter to the port and it is also a green garden with plants, hammocks, tables and an outdoor shower – perfect for cooling off on a very hot day. The apartment has a living room with television, stereo, WIFI internet, a double sofa bed and another single sofa bed. Next we find 3 bedrooms – 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. The two bathrooms have a shower each. The open plan kitchen is modern and well equipped (including microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle). On the terrace there is a laundry room with a shared washing machine. The apartment is on the third floor and there is NO elevator. We provide all the comfort and service that may be needed, but we also know from experience that a client renting an apartment seeks privacy and tranquility. The apartment is located right between the Born and Barceloneta neighborhoods, the fishing and beach neighborhood. El Born has become one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in Barcelona. To the east of the Ramblas, touching the Vía Layetana, its alleys and small squares are full of tapas and cocktail bars, candlelit restaurants and small, exquisite boutiques. The centerpiece is Santa María del Mar, for many the most beautiful church in Barcelona. In front is a beautiful square with wine and tapas bars. On the other side, there is Paseo del Born, a pleasant avenue with nice cafes and restaurants of all kinds. You just have to cross Vía Layetana to find yourself in the Gothic Quarter and the Port and from there you reach Las Ramblas. At the top of El Born is the famous Palau de la Música Catalana, an impressive building of modernist architecture by Domenech i Montaner, where works of classical music are performed daily. In the east of this neighborhood are the Parc de la Ciutadella and the Zoo. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the Barceloneta metro stop and 1 minute from the ´Estació de França´ train station. The Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Raval and Barceloneta beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We are part of the WERESPECT program of the Barcelona City Council, as a home committed to neighborhood coexistence. For this reason, we do not accept our guests making noise after 10 pm. The apartment has a device that controls the decibel levels and in case we have to move to the apartment due to excessive noise, guests will have to pay a penalty of 100 euros. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. Check-out until 11.00. Extra for late arrival: after 9:00 p.m.: €30, after midnight: €50. Tourist tax: The price does not include the tourist tax of 5.50 eur per adult (from 17 years old), max. 7 nights. You pay upon arrival. It is not allowed to smoke. Pets are not accepted.
